数据删除说明（适用于器见 Qijian）

器见（Qijian）尊重您的隐私。本页面说明您如何申请删除在使用 qijian.app、器见客户账户或 Facebook 等第三方登录/授权服务时，器见可能获取或处理的个人信息。无需登录即可阅读本说明或提出申请。

一、如何申请删除个人数据

1. 请使用与器见账户或相关授权关联的邮箱，发送邮件至 service@qijian.app。
2. 邮件主题请写明「数据删除申请 / Data Deletion Request」。
3. 邮件中请提供用于识别记录的邮箱地址、您希望删除的数据范围，以及必要的账户信息。如您的请求与 Facebook 登录有关，请注明「Facebook 登录」。如涉及订单，您也可以提供订单号，以便核对。请勿发送密码、验证码或完整银行卡信息。
4. 器见会通过邮件与您联系，按需要验证身份，并根据适用法律处理删除请求。处理完成后，我们会通过邮件说明结果；如部分信息依法必须保留，也会解释保留原因。

二、Facebook 登录用户如何解除关联

如果您曾授权 Facebook 连接器见，可前往 Facebook 的「设置与隐私 → 设置 → 应用和网站」，找到器见（如有显示）并移除授权。Facebook 的菜单名称可能因地区或版本而异。移除授权可能停止未来的数据共享，但不一定会自动删除器见此前取得的数据；如需删除这些数据，请按上述方式向器见发送邮件申请。

三、可能涉及的数据与保留例外

根据您使用的服务及授权范围，相关数据可能包括账户姓名、联系邮箱、第三方登录标识、账户关联信息、客服往来，以及与订单相关的记录。器见将核实并删除或匿名化由我们控制且不再需要保留的数据。为履行法律、税务、支付、反欺诈、纠纷处理或必要的合同义务，部分交易或合规记录可能须依法保留；我们会按照适用法律限制其用途和保留期限。

请注意：申请删除器见持有的数据，不等于删除您在 Facebook、Shopify 或其他第三方平台各自持有的全部数据。您可另行联系相应平台行使隐私权利。

Data Deletion Instructions — Qijian

Qijian respects your privacy. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Qijian may receive or process through qijian.app, customer accounts, or third-party login and authorization services such as Facebook. You do not need to sign in to read these instructions or submit a request.

1. How to request deletion

1. Send an email to service@qijian.app, preferably from the email address associated with your Qijian account or authorization.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Provide the email address that can help us locate your records, the types of data you want deleted, and any relevant account details. If your request concerns Facebook Login, please mention Facebook Login. You may include an order number if the request concerns an order. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, or full payment card details.
4. We will contact you by email, verify your identity when necessary, and process your request in accordance with applicable law. We will explain the outcome by email, including any lawful reasons why certain records must be retained.

2. Remove Facebook access

If you previously connected Qijian using Facebook, you can open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Qijian (if listed), and remove its access. Menu labels may vary. Removing Facebook access may stop future sharing, but does not necessarily erase data already received by Qijian. Please email us using the steps above to request deletion of that data.

3. Data covered and retention exceptions

Depending on the services you used and the permissions you granted, relevant information may include your name, contact email, third-party login identifier, linked account information, customer-support correspondence, and order records. We will review your request and delete or de-identify data under our control that no longer needs to be retained. Some transaction or compliance records may need to be kept where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or contractual purposes, subject to applicable law.

Deleting data held by Qijian does not automatically delete information held independently by Facebook, Shopify, or other third parties. You may need to contact those providers separately to exercise your privacy rights.
