Shipping policy
Shipping Destinations and Rates
QIJIAN offers international shipping. Available destinations are the countries and regions you can select for delivery at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery address, the size and weight of the piece, and the shipping methods available at the time. The amount shown at checkout is final.
If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact QIJIAN to ask whether shipping is possible.
Order Processing
After payment is confirmed, we check the condition of the piece, verify the order and accompanying documents, and pack it for protection.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer on weekends, public holidays, or when we need to confirm additional delivery information.
Once the order ships, we send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
After the carrier collects the parcel, delivery to most international destinations is estimated at approximately 5–8 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timing may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, holidays, weather, local delivery arrangements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Information
Please provide the recipient's complete and accurate name, address, phone number, and any information required for local customs clearance.
If you need to change the address, contact QIJIAN as soon as possible before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address change.
Delays or returns caused by an incorrect address, missed delivery, failure to cooperate with customs clearance, or refusal to pay local taxes will be handled according to the costs actually incurred.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Your destination country or region may charge customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, or other charges on international orders.
Unless checkout explicitly shows that these charges have already been collected, the recipient usually pays them to local customs or the carrier on import or delivery. The relevant authorities determine the amount and collection method; QIJIAN cannot guarantee the final amount in advance.
Import taxes and duties paid to local customs, tax authorities, or a carrier are generally not collected by QIJIAN. If an order is returned, you may need to apply separately for any refund of those charges under local rules.
